As the thermalwater is not suitable for young children and there are no special offers for kids, we do not recommend visits to the thermal baths with small children.

Outdoor parking facilities available free of charge. Indoor car park at a charge of € 5,00 per day. Pick-up service available from the station of Bad Waltersdorf. We can arrange airport transfers from Graz and Vienna.

Check-out by 12 o'clock
Access to Quellenoasis Spa only within these times. Access to Heiltherme Day Spa during opening hours - luggage storage facility available. Underground car park available at € 5,00 per day from check in to check out. Free outdoor car park.

• As we feel responsible for your health, you are requested not to smoke in our restaurants or bedrooms – only in designated areas in the bar/lounge.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Full facilities for the disabled, partly excluding Quellenoasis.

Packages:

• All package prices are quoted per person, based on two sharing a double room.
• For high season a supplement of € 6,00 per person night is charged.
• During Wellness-Summer upgraded rooms will be given when available.
• Room categories are subjet to availability.
• Package features cannot be changed.
• Follow-up nights are charged according to price list.
• We cannot refund money if package features are not used.
