Quellenhotel & Spa welcome people with disabilities to discover and enjoy the pleasure and benefits from our soothing thermal mineral waters, gentle exercise and excellent cuisine.  Our facilities which support both the less mobile and wheelchair users are set out below:

Hotel
There is good access throughout the hotel with reception, restaurants and the bar being on the ground floor.
We have dedicated bedrooms suitable for wheelchairs with specially designed shower rooms.
Lifts access all floors including the underground car park.

Heiltherme Day Spa
This extensive spa area is most suitable for wheelchair users.
Entry is via the lift and along a connecting corridor from the hotel.
A second lift gives access to the thermal pools and sauna village.
A Hoist chair is available for pool entry and all the pools have shallow Roman style steps with hand rails for people with limited mobility.
Underwater mobility/hydrotherapy sessions may be booked with a physiotherapist.
There are dedicated showers and toilets in the changing areas.

Quellenoasis Private Spa
The newly opened 3 story spa which is exclusive to guests staying in the hotel is accessed via an indoor bridge from the ground floor of the hotel.
Lifts serve all areas of the spa
Each floor has a disabled toilet
There is no hoist for pool entry though the pools do have shallow entry steps with hand rails.
The sauna area does not have a dedicated shower wide enough for a wheel chair though this is soon to be rectified.

Styrian Spa & Feng Shui Treatment Centres
Both treatment centres have easy access for wheelchairs with treatment couches which can be lowered to assist transfer.
